PHASE II ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT:
The primary purpose of the Phase II assessment is to confirm through laboratory analyses or screening if the “recognized environment conditions” identified during the Phase I have impacted the site.
Common Phase II Assessment includes:
- soil sampling
- groundwater sampling
- asbestos sampling
- air quality sampling
- mold sampling
State or Federal regulatory agencies should be notified within 24 hours following receipt of analytical data indicating concentrations above detectable levels.
